    Logmein is very popular remote desktop. Would agree with its reliability and its diversity of options. Would recommend this software with assurance!
    The other one that I’m working with is Techinline remote desktop. That’s a nice alternative if you are looking for a cost-effective proffesional remote desktop.

    Teamviewer is very popular and completely free for personal use.
    But if you look for a decent and secure solution for business use, RHUB remote support appliance (http://www.rhubcom.com/) is a good alternative.
