Disappointing news for those who have booked Aakash tablet and are waiting for its delivery . The Canadian company Datawind that is manufacturing Aakash has said that it wont be able to deliver aakash in this month of December .
Online booking of Aakash tablet had started on December 15 , and the company has said that aakash will be delivered to them within seven days . Now the company is saying that delivery will be started next year only . As reported by The Mobile Indian a spokesperson of Datawind said “People who have booked the Aakash tablet online will get its delivery in January.”
This is the second time Datawind failed to honour their commitment as the tablet was supposed to be made available in retail stores by the end of November. Now it is expected to hit the stores only in February.
