I am talking about BSNL Penta TPad tablet which is priced Rs 3250 , just 250 Rs more than akash tab . Penta TPad is manufactured by Noida based Pental technologies . BSNL has launched three tabletsincluding two 7 inch resistive screen based tabs with Android 2.3 operating system while the third tablet comes with an 8 inch capacitive touchscreen. .The cheapest model is Panta Tpad IS 701r which is priced at Rs 3,250, while Aakash basic version is available at Rs 2500 and Aakash 2 (Ubislate 7 +) is available at Rs 3000 . Penta TPad has 1 Ghz of processor clubbed with 256 MB RAM. It has 2 GB of inbuilt memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB with micro SD cards . The tablet also offers HDMI port through which it can be connected to a TV.
