Step 1. From your WordPress admin area go to “add new plugin ” and install and activate ” WordPress SEO by Yoast ”
Step 2. From the SEO tab select “import and export ”
Step 3. Check the” import from All in One SEO ” and hit the “import” button . On successful import you will get the message “ All in One SEO data successfully imported. ”
Step 4. Check any of your post to confirm that all meta data are successfully imported .
